27 March 2016 Sir, Please tell me the effective date from when companies amendment bill, 2016 is going to implement. As I have received name approval of company on 11th March, 2016.I want to know whether I have to complete incorporation of company within 20 days or 60 days??

28 March 2016 Seems 60 days can be availed since the bill is not enacted.
