WHEN IT WILL BE APPLICABLE SIR?

IT IS ALREADY PASSED BY THE LOKSABHA ON 18 DEC 2012. DOES IT REQUIRE ANY OTHER APPROVALS?

29 April 2013 As on date, we can not say about it, because till date Rajya shabha has not passed it.

I will suggest you to wait and watch for any latest updation on it.

30 April 2013 When bill will be passed by both houses of parliament then it will be applicable. As of now, it is not passed by RAJYA SABHA.
