please explain sec6 read with schedule 1A of the companies act,1956

Sec 6 of companies act and schedule 1A of the smae act should be constructed with the rule of interpretation of statute.
Clause(c)Section 6 gives a referance of list of relatives as given in Schedule 1A.
But in such list of relatives the term "Husband" and "Wife" has not been given.
The term "Husband" and "Wife" has been given in Clause(b)section 6.
Now we look Clause (a) section 6: This sub-section applicable to HUF only. The member of HUF whether they are covered in Clause (a) and (b) or not, will be a relative of another member of same HUF.
