08 May 2014 The director has filed Form DIR 11. Now when the company is going to file Form DIR 12, the message displayed is DIN NO. not associated with the company.What is the solution for this because as per new act both DIR-11 and DIR 12 has to be filed.

Will there be any penalty?

Please reply urgently.
