sir can anyone tel me.. companies act2013 completely is applicable for nov14exams

1. as on today Companies Act 2013 itself it not completely notified.
2. so it being made applicable in whole to Nov 14 is highly unlikely.
3. however, wait for ICAI to issue notification in this regard. Its too early to speculate on this.
