our company taking commission of rs 450000 in last financial year as service provider other services is there but it does not crossing ten lacks by mistake we paid the service tax this year also our commission is not crossing ten lacks we have to pay service tax on this or not
importantly as a service provider service providing is not crossing the 10 lacks but as service receiver we cross the 10 lacks
