dear dir,
i have received 25000/- commission from
( ADARSH CREDIT CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED ) and my tds is 2500, which formet i have returned ( like 44ad or other )

You have to File ITR 4.

You may show your commission income in the following manner-
Commission Income ..... 25000
Less: Expenses Incurred ........2000
Net Commission Income ........23000
(At the place of 2000 you have to write the amount of Actual Expenses incurred for earning the Commission Income.
