Is Educational service of "Fashion Designing" Chargeable to Service Tax? Or does it enjoys any benefit under "Negative list" (section 66D of Finance Act,1994)..

most probably under taxable under "commercial training or coaching services" unless you satisfy the conditions of negative list.

"Education as a part of a curriculum for obtaining a qualification recognized by any law for the time being in force"..
Do we have access to any such list which clearly specifies "Educational Curriculum Recognized By Law"?
