21 August 2014 A private limited incorporated during Jul 2012 but not yet filed any statutory forms to Roc. Now my question is -

1. Period between Jul 2012 to March 2013 is 9 months. FY 2013-14 is 12 months. When, first AGM should be done?
2. Now, as per the company law settlement scheme, 2014, can we file single financials and annual return for the both period or separate filing required for each period?
