If any foreign company comes in India and if it established its subsidiary company in India, then what is the nature of that subsidiary company. If it is registered under the Indian Companies Act, then is it remain a foreign company or Indian Company?

It will be registered under Companies Act, 1956 and will be considered as an Indian Company.
