Sir,can any one explain me whether collection of service tax can be collected on 25% of Invoice value.If yes ,then let me know on which conditions.

75% abatement is allowed for 'goods transport agency service' and ' services in relation to construction of residential complexes' subject to certain conditions of the respective sections.
