22 November 2013 I' m under Direct entry scheme. My ipcc attempt is Nov 2014. Since ICAI clarified that Companies act 2013 will not be applied for May 2014 attempt. Can I join Eten coaching class which starts from next week for May 2014 attempt ? so that I can study after that for my exams in Nov ? Kindly pls reply

with regards to companies Act, you cannot take it for granted that it wont apply in Nov 14. It would be advisable that you go for a coaching class that is atleast offering some sort of coverage of Companies Act 2013. Else you may end up re-doing the whole companies law preparation in case it is made applicable to Nov 14 attempt.
