15 October 2011 as per new guidelines abbreviated names cannot be used for new companies.
now if my client is thinking to apply for the name starting with 'AKS' then whether it could be approved or not in accordance with latest guidelines.....

15 October 2011 If the applicant can substantiate the significance of the key word AKS in the proposed name through form-1A, there is a fair chance for the approval of the applied name.
