30 September 2015 kindly define the status of leading insurance

30 September 2015 in a contract of co insurance (Say a property is jointly insured by more than one insurance company in consultation with each other). One company out of those is appointed as LEADer company called as LEAD company. It will servce the notices etc to the insurer
