28 July 2008 Any of here can please let me know that if a company have an offer to job work for other then what provisions to follow regarding Sales Tax ,Excise Deptt or some other Law concerning company .It is related cosmetics.say we ve a company Named ABC pvt.ltd (Cosmetics)& We have excise exemption in Himachal Pradesh. Now we want to give a job work of producing one of our product from JKL Pvt.Ltd (also in Himachal &
availing Excise exemption) .
