If husband gives cash gift to wife, then clubbing provisions are applicable. Now if the husband gives this money as gift to his son and son to his mother, will there be any clubbing provisions applicable ? or would there be any other complications to arise as such?

Clubbing provision not apply for the gift between the family relation it is allowable under act
