28 January 2012 Can any one tell me that it is compulsory to file a Quartely results of clause 41 of listing agreement of a public listed company in a newspaper, please reply its urgent.

As per Clause 41 (VI)of the Listing Agreement, the company should within 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board or Committee meeting approving the financial results publish a copy of the financial results in at least in 1 English daily newspaper and in 1 daily newspaper published in the regional language.
