Clarifications regarding tax audit acc to section44ab

Hello, I m a practicing Doctor.In previous e.y(13-14) I had income around 320000 for which my employers deducted TDS according to section 194J in form 16A @10%. In e.y 12-13 I had income around 63000,I want to know for efiling am I liable for tax audit according to section 44AB? Kindly advise.
