MY TURNOVER IS BELOW 1 CRORE AND I HAVE ADOPTED 44AD WHETHER DISALLOWANCE U/s 40a(ia) is applicable or not?

When opted for 44AD, dis allowance u/s 40a(ia) is not applicable.
