Clarification on cbdt notification

06 October 2015 Dear all,
On 1st Oct 2015 the CBDT notification extending the due date of filling tax audit return is subject to special leave petition (SLP) filed by the dept or this extension is without any conditions???
because the notification on income tax site did not say anything but deceleration on ICAI portal says that it is subject to (SLP).
pls clarify the matter its urgent..........

06 October 2015 The press release of CBDT has no any "subject to SLP" criterion. It was for the notifications as regards to Punjab, Haryana and Gujrath

As on today, the date is extended to whole of India till 31/10/2015, without any "subject to" clause
