'Shipping Bill' is a detailed and complete list of all the items that are being sent by a Consignee through a ship, from one port to another--whether within one country or Internationally. Apart from giving such a document to the hipping company, and the Captain of the ship, a copy is also given to the Consigner (i.e. the person receiving the goods.)
CBEC IS EMPOWERED IN THE MATTER.
A Free Shipping Bill is filed for shipments where the Shipper does not claim any export benefits. For filing of a Free Shipping Bill.
