Which Authority is empowered to categorise as to whether free shipping Bills are
100% EOU Shipping Bills or NOT ??

CBEC IS EMPOWERED IN THE MATTER.
A Free Shipping Bill is filed for shipments where the Shipper does not claim any export benefits. For filing of a Free Shipping Bill.
