Dear Sir,
Can a company claim Input credit, if he has received any service on abatement any time during the year.

Criteria for availability of Cenvat credit depends on whether input or input service is being used in manufacture of final products or for providing output service.....Credit shall be admissible in respect of amount of service tax paid irrespective of abatement claimed.
