If husband & wife working in a same company or separately & staying togheher,what is the HRA implications?
1)they can claim 50:50 basis?
2)any one of them can claim fully?
3)both can claim HRA?
please suggest

They can take option either one fully or both can claim 50:50 ratio
but generally who is paying the House rent from their income need to be claimed HRA
