I have forgot to claim TDS Refund in the income tax returns filed by me for the years F.Y. 2006-07, F.Y. 2007-08, F.Y. 2008-09 & F.Y. 2009-10.
I have received the intimation u/s 143(1) for the F.Y. 2009-10. Hence i cannot revise the return for the same period.
Hence, what is the option available to me to claim refund now as I cannot revise the returns as those are time barred?
Please suggest me.
