I am unable to figure out which one is the best option:- whether to go for company house lease or HRA
Basic Pay 65000 p.m.
Rent paid 32000 p.m.
Perk (If opted for CLA) 2.7 Lacs p.a.
Tax bracket - 30%
Can anyone help me out with this

Hey,
Go for HRA, is benefical to you..
Suppose your HRA is 40% 0f Basic = Rs.26,000 pm. & Rs. 3,12,000/- will be annual..
Of which Taxable HRA comes to Rs. 500 pm, Rs. 6000 pm.
So you will be getting exempt income of Rs. 3,06,000/-
