Cheque payment of tds

21 May 2012 We are a private limited company. We generally make cheque payment of TDS in SBI. Recently when we sent our person to SBI for TDS payment through cheque. We were informed that TDS payment will be done only through net banking. Can anyone tells us whether we can pay TDS through Cheque since our directors are not comfortable with net banking.
