If a cheque bounced with a reason saying that "Drawer's signature not as per mandate", can eligible for legal proceedings on the party who issued cheque ?

28 August 2013 Yes it is signed, signature also will match; but the party didn't instructed bank that, the cheque has to pass with particular signature presently on the cheque. So it got bounced with reason saying that "drawer's signature not as per mandate"
