SIR, We have lost 12A registration certificate and do not know the number and no xerox copies in hand.please advise how to get it the duplicate.

approach the jurisdictional AO. one copy of the certificate is kept in their records. you can get a photocopy done.

the trust was registered in 1960's , so the proceduer is to be followed ??
