10 March 2014 1. VAT is NOT applicable for CA Final Nov 14 exams. It has been replaced by Foreign Trade Policy.

2. Finance Act 2013 is applicable for Nov 14 exams which is also applicable for May 14 exams. So there will not be any major change.

The only change will be notifications issued between October, 2013 and April 2014. These will be applicable for Nov 14 exams.

The amendments can be studied from the RTP published by the Institute.
