I have received a notice from ICAI regarding my change of signature. I have sent my signed form 108 in September. However the signature in form 108 does not match with the earlier form which i have sent to ICAI before like Form 103, because of this they have sent me this notice. In the month of september itself they sent this notice to confirm the same within 15 days but since i was on exam leave i could not do any thing.
Please guide me with this. Please give me any formate in which i should send them the confirmation.

on a plain paper declare ur new signature and also give them ur old signature whichnow u changing to new1 and the effective date and retain a copy of such paper.
