Dear Tushar, Change of signature will covered many place, Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Banks, Qualifications, Investment-Demate. etc ......

first u apply for in banks seperately on a plain paper keeping a copy with u for same
for pan there is a seperate form for same i think its form 49B
for demat and all just give them new pan copy after new sign is available on pan.
