A person was in job for last some years. this year he started business but as the business was newly set up he did job part time and gave time to his business as well. i wanna know which itr should be filed?? ITR 4 OR 4S. he definatly dont prepare books and even not bound to.. he have income of about 60000 annually from job and turnover of around 1300000 from business, which shows that business is going good...

If the business is eligible under 44AD, then file ITR4S
