1.If, we change our registerd office from Haryana to Delhi, whether we need to intimate it to the Haryana Govt.?

2. Is fresh registration under VAT is required in Delhi State.

01 March 2011 Write a letter to Haryana govt for cancellation of registration with reasons why you are closing the business and VAT Audits / Assessments pending to be completed and get the acknowledgment of closure letter
