Please advice whether a partnership can change their name to South Indian Group?

Thank you for your advice . I mean the new name inlieu of the present name .The new name prposed is the South Indian Group and hence kindly advice any restriction for using the word Group as last name

The Firm can change its name. "what to you mean South Indian Group"

Yes. Firm can change name by passing resolution approval of all partners same to be amended in Firm registration

Thanks for your reply. In fact I have a doubt whether there is any restriction for using the word group as a aprt of the name and Now I conclude there is no problem
