Please advice whether a partnership can change their name to South Indian Group?

Thank you for your advice . I mean the new name inlieu of the present name .The new name prposed is the South Indian Group and hence kindly advice any restriction for using the word Group as last name

08 November 2018 Yes. Firm can change name by passing resolution approval of all partners same to be amended in Firm registration

09 November 2018 Thanks for your reply. In fact I have a doubt whether there is any restriction for using the word group as a aprt of the name and Now I conclude there is no problem
