PLEASE TELL ME , IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE EXAM CENTER , AFTER FILLING THE EXAM FORM , I HAVE TO CHANGE EXAM CENTER NOW FOR NOV 2011, DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE REASONS . PLEASE SUGGEST , AND WHAT TO DO FOR THE SAME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
