26 December 2015 Dear All,
Please let me know that how can I change my company's details over MCA.GOV.IN , I want to change the email address of the company my consultant has given his email id ,moreover what is required to login to MCA.GOV.IN ,do I need CA for the purpose.
And what are the legal compliance that I can do it myself without the aid of any CA and consultant?

29 December 2015 You can just write your e-Mail ID in any form after data Pre-Fill, No other procedure has been prescribed to change ID of the Company.

05 January 2016 I want to login into MCA.GOV.IN consultant is not giving the USER ID and password so how can I login into MCA, should I login as new user to change the details of the company what should I do ?

07 January 2016 Just sign up on MCA as a registered user. It will be like creating an email account. There are no din and other details are required

My company have been issued trade license for online business, but there it is given as NON FOOD ITEMS and Electronic Goods.
What does it mean?
1.Will able to sell food items over my site or not?
2.Will able to sell other items other than electronics over my site or not?
3.What are the things which I can operate with this type of trade license?
