Change of address in centralised registration certificate

27 July 2010 Dear sir

We have a centralised registration service tax certificate with mumbai division 2(Central Libary )as we had our office in ballard estate. we have recently move from ballards estate to Andheri and now fall under worli jurisdiction. kindly let us know the procedure for service tax registion for change of address from ballard esate to Andher

as confirm that we need to apply for charge of address with st-1, requested to confirm further two point 1) where the same need to be submitted at the place where it was issued i.e Central Libary or at worll under who,s jurisdiction we fall now 2) also can you please tell me know whether st-1 to be filled with change of address only or as per centrailsed registion with list of address

02 August 2010 You need to give the amendment in st-2 registrationn certificate through the ST -1 form to the department along with the new address proof
