04 November 2009 my client chnage his office add (sale) and shifted to new add.(rent) and now he want to receive all the correspondece to his home address, what i should do for it?
how to do the procedure by letter or some form?
my client have pvt. ltd firm it req board resolution or not.
change of add in similar area.

05 November 2009 Hi,

If u change registered office of the company then u have to file form-18 with ROC with in 30 days of change.

As you are not changing the registered address of your company you don't have to pass any resolution and no need to file any form with any authority.

For administrative convenience intimate the change of address through a letter to concerned authorities.
