XY ltd is a company having stpi status and ABC ltd company has SEZ status.
123 ltd is the group company.
Now ABC Ltd company has vacant seats.
XY ltd company wants to utilise the vacant seats.
XY ltd would like to transfer the resources to ABC ltd under a bond with out losing STPI status.
What is the procedure and formalities to be filled.

In hands of ABC Ltd. it will be third party export ( where domestic exporter exports via SEZ unit ), it is allowed as per SEZ Rules. ABC Ltd. should apply in writing to concern Development Commissioner for permission along with details of contract and copy of contract.
It will be counted as exports in hand of SEZ unit. XY ltd should collect allowable export commission from ABC Ltd.
