04 May 2010 Dear Bhakti,

If your change your regd address from one state to another state then there is a slight change in CIN as the state name in the CIN got changed and rest of the cin no. remains unchanged.

In other cases of regd office change CIN no. remains unchanged.

Revert if there is any doubt.
