Change in regd office address

26 September 2011 Dear All,

We have changed our Regd office address (from Ekkattuthangal, Chennai - 97 to Guindy, Chennai - 32 ). Works address is same. Kindly advise me how we should intimate it to the following authorities? any prescribed format? Range / Circle will change?
1) Sales Tax Dept
2) Excise Dept
3) Service Tax Dept
4) ESI
5) EPF
Pls help me....

26 September 2011 All the department have separate amendment in registration form please download the same and fill and submit

Will Registration change? ie Range/Circle?

Could you help me, on which site i will get sales tax amendment form (Tamil Nadu)
