Dear Sir,
I am a salaried employee. I have filed income tax return for the A.y 2008-09 and A.Y 2009-10 with the name as per PAN Card i.e Gaurav Rastogi. Now I want to change my name in my PAN Card from Gaurav Rastogi to Gaurav Kumar Rastogi since all my academc certificates are in the name of Gaurav Kumar Rastogi. Is it possible to get the name changed while my PAN No be the same as before.
Is there any solution.

File Form 49A foe Change / Correction in PAN Data. Take care the proof u submit bears the name Gaurav Kumar Rastogi.
