Sir,my client has changed name and converted to public ltd from private co.
Bank is asking for new documentation for mortgage.

Hi
You send him a New Certificate of Incorporation with MOA and give him a letter that all duties of the company will be same. Please also send CTC of General Meeting for change of name of company.
