Change in jurisdiction

28 November 2013 Jurisdiction as per E-filling and as per my record is not matching.There is no change in my PAN as well as in my Address.Reason for the mismatch is not known to me.Guide me the procedure to correct the same.

28 November 2013 when AO Jurisdiction is changed then after loggin to income tax dep website on left side u can check " Know your Jurisdictional AO" tab and enter details as asked.

30 November 2013 only it-dept can do as we do not have option for choosing it.
