Change in jurisdiction

Jurisdiction as per E-filling and as per my record is not matching.There is no change in my PAN as well as in my Address.Reason for the mismatch is not known to me.Guide me the procedure to correct the same.

Jurisdictions are often changed by the department. If there is no specific issue, follow the department as a guide in this matter.

when AO Jurisdiction is changed then after loggin to income tax dep website on left side u can check " Know your Jurisdictional AO" tab and enter details as asked.

only it-dept can do as we do not have option for choosing it.
