i have filed ITR-4s before due date with the income of Rs 170000 i.e. presumptive income and Rs 48000 other source. now i want to revise my return with the income of Rs. 170000 (presumptive business income) and Rs. 130000 professional income as showing in Form 26as, so what return should be file in this case.

Note:- someone told me that i cant file ITR-4 in this case becaus ITR-4 is only applicable if presumptive income is less than 120000

07 December 2015 You can revise your IT return by filling ITR-4. But there are higher chances that your case will be selected for scrutiny.
