Our is a Listed company. I want to know the procedure for change in designation from Managing Director to Director.
Our Managing Director's tenure of Appointment is from 01/10/2007 to 30/09/2012. He is neither removed by the Board of Directors nor has breached the contract.
Pls reply me urgently.

In your case for change in designation in MCA records there is no special procedure.
Simply file form 32 and select change in designation in form 32.
Also make necessary entry in the board minutes about change in designation.
Also intimate the STX about change in designation after the BM effecting the change.
