Our Company wishes to change the Company Secretary. Do we have to take prior approval or no-objection from the previous CS.

I am not very sure but i dont think there is any provision like this. you can sack him without the approval from previous cs.

You may appoint the new CS without the prior approval of previous CS.
No Need to take any kind of NOC from the previous CS.
