Change in Certificate of Incorporation

15 November 2010 Dear All,,
I made a mistake in filling Form-18 in order to incorporate a company. Now the Certificate of incorporation would contain wrong address.

Can I get correct address on my Certificate of incorporation??

What process I'd have to follow? Pl advice.

15 November 2010 Once e-Form 18 is approved, correction cannot be made.

I will suggest you to hold another Board Meeting and passed correct address resolution and file Form -18 with new Address.
