Suppose authorized capital of co is incresed by spcl resolution in last AGM i.e. Sep 20009 but Form 5 is filed and approved in AUGUST 2010. So from which date the capital of co is changed.
And wat will be authorized capital as on 31 march 2010.

Filing of Form -5 with ROC is intimation of capital increase and on the basis of your form they will update your company capital clause.
The effective will be on the date on which resolution was passed by shareholder.
