How to fill form no.32 when director had been died & he has not having Din no ?

No need to file form 32. Just mention in annual return as note below list of directors that directors has died and doesn't have din. also mention the period.

but how to fill form no.20 as they dont accept pan no. in ceased director details in point no.13

Just mention in annex about the director. You can't get DIN for director now.
